You can cancel your dress rental order at any time prior to the scheduled delivery date. We request that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel because early notice allows us to adjust our bookings and minimize disruption. It will be very effective if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no charges.
2. Refund Terms
Although we do not refund for renting a dress after the transaction is made (cash on delivery), there are some specific conditions under which a refund may be possible:
- Wrong Item Shipped: If the item shipped to you is not the one you ordered or is damaged upon receipt, we will consider a refund or replacement.
- Delivery Failures: In case we are unable to deliver the dress at the scheduled time due to our mistake or factors outside our control, we will evaluate the situation and provide a refund.
We do not accept any refund requests for cancellations based on a change of mind or personal reasons after the dress has been delivered or the transaction has been completed.
